Producers must complete and submit the Legends of the South Stallion Incentive Bonus Money Form at least 120 days prior to the event. The producer must offer a LOTS sidepot with a $0 entry fee, giving contestants the option to carry any LOTS-eligible horses into the sidepot. The producer agrees to promote and advertise the Legends of the South Bonus Money as part of the event and must include the Legends of the South logo on all event flyers and social media promotions. The producer is responsible for submitting the official event results to LOTS no later than the Wednesday following the event. The producer also agrees to provide LOTS with a photo of the 1D winner taken by the event photographer, as well as any available video footage from a videographer, for use in Legends of the South social media and promotional efforts.
